Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 July 2026

This policy explains how ZyloBooks handles personal, company and business records when you use the application.

Information We Collect

We collect account details such as name, email address, username, phone number and login credentials or Google sign-in identifiers.

We store company and business records you enter, including GSTIN, PAN, addresses, customers, suppliers, items, invoices, purchase orders, payments, expenses, stock movements, uploaded logos and support requests.

How We Use Information

We use your information to provide billing, inventory, reporting, document generation, payment tracking, reminders, support and account administration.

If you enable email, Google sign-in, Cloudinary uploads or Razorpay payments, the relevant information is shared with those providers only as needed to operate that feature.

Data Protection

Application sessions are protected with signed cookies, and production deployments must use HTTPS and strong secrets. Production database and provider credentials must be supplied through the hosting platform and not committed to source control.

Access to company data is scoped to authenticated users in that company. Company administrators can manage team members and subscription settings.

Retention and Deletion

Business records are retained while your account is active unless deleted through the application or by an authorized support request.

Some audit, billing and tax-related records may be retained where needed for security, dispute resolution, accounting or legal compliance.

Your Choices

You can update profile and company information from the application settings. You may request export, correction or deletion of account data through support, subject to legal and operational requirements.

For questions, contact support through the Help page inside your account or email the support address published by TechTics.
